Founded by Mike Hayek in 2001, A Ambassador Limousine has been a trusted provider of ground transportation and charter bus services. Based in Houston, Texas, with an additional office in New Orleans, Louisiana, the company boasts a diverse fleet including sedans, SUVs, vans and motor coaches to meet a wide range of client needs. Known for its highly trained staff and unwavering commitment to efficiency and punctuality, A Ambassador Limousine embarked on a path of growth by merging with Avanti Transportation, CityCar Services Worldwide and Signature Bus Services to form the Soteria Transportation Group in 2017.

Under the banner of Soteria Transportation Group, the company continues to expand its affiliate network to serve more cities and an expanding client base. The management team remains dedicated to enhancing daily operations to ensure every client receives an exceptional customer experience from beginning to end.

Over the years, CityCar Services Worldwide catered to a wide range of chauffeured transportation needs for corporate and private clients. Through organic growth and strategic acquisitions, it expanded to become one of the largest executive ground transportation organizations in the United States. CityCar Services Worldwide joined forces with A Ambassador Limousine & Transportation to establish the Soteria Transportation Group in 2017.

Since 1982, Nikko's Worldwide has been a premier provider of upscale chauffeured car services worldwide, catering to corporate groups, dignitaries and VIPs. Based in Houston, Texas, Nikko's Worldwide operated through a meticulously vetted network spanning six continents and 126 countries. In 2021, the company was acquired by the Soteria Transportation Group, ensuring the continuation of its esteemed legacy in delivering exceptional ground transportation services.

Founded in Houston, Texas, Signature Bus Services specialized in safe and reliable transportation solutions tailored for schools and educational institutions. With a fleet of carefully maintained vehicles and skilled drivers, the company prioritized student safety and comfort. In 2017, Signature Bus Services joined forces with A Ambassador Limousine, Avanti Transportation and CityCar Services Worldwide to form the Soteria Transportation Group.
